Truck Driver - Universal Forest Products - UFP Industries : Job Details

Complete 48 short-haul trips daily (approx. 1 mile each) to a primary customer in Peru, IL - Occasionally handle one-off shipments to other customer locations. Unload trailers at the customer site independently. Take inventory multiple times per week and report findings to the plant. Operate a Chevy pickup truck with a gooseneck trailer (over 10,000 lbs)Obtain customer-specific training and certification as required. Qualifications. Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)Clean driving record and strong safety mindset. Ability to lift, move, and unload freight as needed. Comfortable with inventory tracking and basic reporting. Willingness to complete customer-specific training and certification. One Year of Verifiable Driving Experience.
