Truck Driver Independent Owner Operator Advisor - Landstar System : Job Details

Location: Onsite in Rockford, IL Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours - 8 am-5 pm Salary range: $17.72 - $22.15 per hour, depending upon experience What work will you perform? As a BCO Advisor you will assist Truck Driver - Owner Operators with day-to-day business decisions beginning when they complete Landstar orientation. Ensuring Owner Operators acclimate to Landstar systems within 90 days is your primary mission. You will educate them about the Landstar systems through frequent and consistent contact. BCO success is measured through you conducting both oral and written reviews at 45- and 90-day intervals.
