In this key leadership role, you ll play a central part in coordinating unit programming, supervising staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the youth in our care. What You ll Do: Lead Support: Directly supervise, mentor, and coach Direct Care Technicians. Step into leadership in the absence of the Assistant Director of Residential Services. Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment, acting swiftly to address risks. Provide Guidance: Offer individual counseling and facilitate therapeutic groups for youth.
