Travel may be required.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction for all hospital departments, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Manage the hospital budget and financial resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility.Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.Serve as a liaison between the hospital board, medical staff, and stakeholders.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration.Qualifications:Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership.Proven success in managing complex healthcare operations.Strong financial and budgeting skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking and sound decision-making abilities.Passion for healthcare and commitment to high-quality patient care.Proficiency in speaking, writing, and communicating in English.Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:Work is typically performed in an office environment.Sitting and standing for prolonged periods may be required.Acuity International is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
