What You Bring to the Team:
3-5 years of dental customer service experience (orthodontic preferred) Familiarity with Cloud 9 software? Even better! Expertise in explaining insurance benefits and treatment options Experience handling multi-line phones like a pro A love for collaboration and communication Alignment with our mission, vision, and core values
