We're seeking a full-time Treasury Director of Strategic Financing to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading strategic capital structure optimization and financing activities for our global asset rental business. The role is accountable for debt structuring, asset base management, and funding models that support company growth initiatives, and partnering with the Operations Director to deliver integrated treasury solutions.

• Lead medium and long-term financing strategy development to support business objectives
• Oversee debt capacity analysis, modeling, and structure development
• Manage due diligence processes and funds flow coordination
• Direct development of financing memos and step plans for complex transactions
• Direct asset tape generation/reporting and data integrity processes
• Coordinate strategic asset movements to support financing objectives
• Partner cross-functionally with Treasury Operations and external stakeholders
• Provide financing expertise to senior leadership decision-making
• Contribute to Treasury policy development and governance
• Develop team capabilities in financing strategy and execution
• Ad hoc projects as required

• Bachelor's Degree Finance or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CFA, CTP) preferred

• 8-10 years of experience in treasury, investment banking, or structured finance
• Strong knowledge of asset-based financing and private credit markets
• Expert-level financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Strategic thinking and effective stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record implementing/ maintaining complex financing structures

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Internet and database management
• Familiarity with ERP and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, Oracle, YARDI)

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to align financing strategies to business objectives
• Executive presence and persuasive communication with senior stakeholders
• Relationship building skills with banking partners, investors, and rating agencies
• Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with operations and business units
• Team leadership with focus on mentoring and developing finance talent
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 + bonus potential
