Treasury Consultant - Metasys Technologies : Job Details

• Maintain a 10, 26, and 52-week consolidated cash forecast for the CFO and explain all actual variances relative to the forecast. Work with accounting, payroll, and others to gather the necessary support and explains for the CFO.
• Maintain a legal entity model to project cash needs for all subsidiaries. This function should be migrating to Kyriba once the new ERP goes live.
• Track and settle inter-company receivables and payables, including net settlements where appropriate and allowed.

• Manage intercompany loans, including the loan documentation and calculating and validate inter-company interest and loan balances on the general ledger.
• Timely and accurately calculate and maintain all required debt ratios under the credit facility.
• Ensure all cash transfers have appropriate documentation/reasons and are being accounted for appropriately.

2-3 years min experience. Someone with finance/accounting background. Need someone who can manage spreadsheets and models. In office 2-3 days a week in NJ/remainder will be remote. Opportunity for conversion to full time. Excel is important, need someone who is proficient with formulas.
