Summary

The Treasury Analyst will provide accounting, finance, and administrative support to the Treasury team and report directly to the Treasury Manager. This person will be based out of our San Francisco office. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for overseeing bank account set up, maintain and further enhance the company s Kyriba treasury management system, ongoing management and legal contracts, including but not limited to completing bank account set up documents and coordinating treasury services with bank institutions, setting up accounts within DivCore systems, day-to-day tasks associated with implementation and ongoing management of legal team s contract management tool and other legal administrative related tasks, as needed. This individual will also be relied upon for treasury and accounting support as outlined below and will have the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role based on performance with assigned tasks.

The right person for the role will possess a dynamic blend of interpersonal and organizational skills combined with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. This support role requires an even-keeled personality, and the ability to manage within a fast-paced work environment.

The position is ideally suited for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a solid background in corporate treasury and/or accounting functions, a strong work ethic, and passion for adding value to a dynamic and fast-growing company. This individual will work collaboratively with other members of the broader Company, including but not limited to Accounting and Investment teams, and will be positioned as a representative of the DivCore brand and values in all that they do.

This role requires 3 days in office at our San Francisco, CA location. Please note that the in-office requirement is subject to change based on company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transition and onboarding to new banks and bank accounts including completing KYC requests from banks, treasury service partners, brokerages, and other external partners
  • Setting up new bank accounts in DivCore s internal systems, including but not limited to Kyriba, MRI, and Paymode-X.
  • Monitor treasury management system to confirm daily file transmissions are successfully processed and payments are reconciled.
  • Monitor cash balances for various operational reasons, including confirming that sufficient funds are available before payment batches are processed.
  • Aggregate reports to assist leaders with monthly and quarterly reporting needs and strategic business decisions such as short-term investment of available liquidity.
  • Deploy Kyriba processes and support Accounting Automation initiatives such as straight through payment processing.
  • Assist in treasury compliance efforts across the DivCore platform, including compliance with investment vehicle limitations.
  • Maintain and update bank account signatories.
  • Administrative management of Kyriba modules including Payments, Cash & Liquidity and Core Data
  • Drive implementation of payment automation between internal departments and ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain Kyriba cash positioning, cash forecasting and cash reporting solutions.
  • Analyze bank fees and effective yields on cash and cash equivalents.
  • Assistance in facilitating cash & liquidity strategies.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects as it relates to Treasury and accounting wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; B.B.A. with Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred.

2-4 years work history in a corporate treasury environment is strongly preferred.

BA/BS degree required (ideally in business)

Detail-oriented team member; quick learner; ability to navigate complex legal structure and treasury-related documents.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and high performing culture.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and project management software, including preparing managerial level presentations.

High level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

Ability to partner cross functionally through strong relationship building and communication skills with all levels of finance

Familiarity with bank portals and/or treasury management systems (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, Oracle)

Exceedingly well-organized with strong follow-through; sense of urgency.

Highly driven, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

A self-starter that is highly motivated, deadline and detail oriented.

The person in this position must be able to:

Remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time working on a computer and attending virtual meetings.

Occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office technology, and attend meetings etc.

Compensation:

$95,000-$110,000 annually
