The Saint-Gobain Treasury team is a centralized corporate Cash Management service provider for operations in North America.- We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual that is comfortable in a fast paced environment, to support critical responsibilities in our department.- Creating opportunities and guidance for our staff is a high priority and we encourage the participation in learning experiences provided by the Treasury industry.
Execute all 3rd Party, Intercompany, and Intracompany Electronic Transfers in North America
Manage the User Access and Entitlement process for all systems supported by the Treasury
Maintain the department's Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) system which will contain a centralized inventory of Saint-Gobain's Bank Accounts, Portal Users Profiles, and Authorized Signers.
Resolve issues that involve banking which could include, but not limited to, researching transaction activity, troubleshooting portal issues, providing transactional/balance reports, and opening service tickets to support Treasury's internal customers.
Manage the department's Bank Fee Analysis system which entails reconciling negotiated pricing with bank to pricing in monthly Account Analysis statements.
Generate weekly General Ledger interface files from the Treasury Workstation for import into ERP.

College Graduate Required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred-
2 – 4 years work experience in Treasury or Banking Industry Preferred
2 – 4 years work experience in Finance or Support of Financial Services Preferred
Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems Preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent Communication Skills
