Job DescriptionResponsibilities of a Traveling Construction Superintendent:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on job sites across various locations
- Manage all phases of construction for ground-up and remodel projects
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Ensure quality control and enforce company and OSHA safety policies
- Communicate progress with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and photographic documentation
- Travel extensively to project locations across the U.S

The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Traveling Construction Superintendent will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven success managing Walmart, Costco, or grocery store projects
- Experience in both ground-up construction and interior/exterior remodels
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and permitting processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient with project management and reporting software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
