Job Description- Project Leadership: Oversee the full project life-cycle, ensuring that construction projects are executed with the utmost safety, quality, and efficiency.
- On-Site Management: Effectively coordinate subcontractors, develop and manage construction schedules, and oversee day-to-day site operations at multiple locations across the nation.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold our unwavering commitment to excellence by enforcing rigorous quality control and safety standard
- Problem-Solving: Identify and proactively address construction challenges to ensure that projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and efficient communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties remain informed and satisfied throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or a related field.
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- A willingness and ability to travel extensively, as required for project assignments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of construction industry best practices and safety regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
