We have worked on some of the most famous and difficult electric projects in the United States.Our skilled management and staff continuously provide transmission, substation, and distribution services from the power plant to the end consumers while maintaining an unwavering dedication to environmental issues, emergency restoration, and safety.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee both internal and external project teams to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery for projects within the utilities and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing both internal teams and outside contractors, participating in initiatives that require bidding and billing in addition to working closely with clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and implement necessary changes to keep the project on track.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and regulations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
