Project Details: This position is for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana. Travel or relocation for the duration of the project is required.

Position Description:

Lead, direct, and coordinate management of Self-Perform Operations (SPO) projects, including project pursuit, staffing, planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring, including regular feedback and performance appraisals.
  • Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster trusted advisor status.
  • Administer company contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Engage with the community to build strategic relationships.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee field operations, engineering processes, and labor agreements if applicable.
  • Ensure timely submission of pay applications and manage supplier invoices.
  • Report project and budget progress regularly to management.
  • Support company initiatives and promote innovative technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Management experience, preferably in union environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, contract documents, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, and working in construction environments with exposure to noise, weather, and mechanical hazards. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
