• Oversee all operations for construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
• Communicate progress with project stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment
• Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

• Experienced Project Manager in industrial or commercial construction, ideally data centers
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
