• Oversee and manage construction projects in the region
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Lead and manage construction teams
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
• Report on project progress and budget
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays

• Client facing experience
• Recent years of experience with $200+ million size projects (MEP, Industrial, commercial)
• Recent years of experience with overseeing projects with 300 subcontractors on site at a time.
• An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Proven leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• An understanding of construction laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
