This leadership role requires extensive knowledge of foundation and flatwork concrete construction, strong crew supervision skills, and the ability to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance across dynamic job sites. • Oversee the full execution of concrete construction projects from planning through completion
• Supervise field crews and manage daily performance
• Schedule field personnel and allocate resources efficiently
• Plan project layout and execution strategies
• Track productivity metrics and project progress
• Enforce quality control and ensure all QA standards are met
• Record and manage employee timekeeping
• Coordinate onsite with Project Superintendents and subcontractors
• Manage equipment and tooling logistics, upkeep, and safety
• Enforce jobsite safety compliance and monitor daily conditions
• Participate in hiring and provide input on field staffing decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete foundation and flatwork project supervision
• Proven leadership skills in field operations and crew management
• Strong knowledge of layout, formwork, rebar, and pour sequencing
• Relevant university degree is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in reading plans and executing layouts independently

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrain
• Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws
