About the Position Position/Specialty: CVOR CST 12-Weeks Shift: 5x8s, Mon-Fri 6:30a-3:00p, Holidays as needed Ratios: 1:1 Avg Daily Census: 6-8 cases CVOR top 5 procedures: CABG, Valve, Carotid, Stents (EVAR), pacemakers Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes. Weekday call hours are from 3:00p-6:30a Monday-Thursday) Weekday call frequency is 1-2 days a week. Call for the weekends is 3:00p Monday Weekend call frequency is 1 weekend every 3 weeks Weekend REQ: Every Third Weekend Floating Req: (Y/N) Yes. Travelers for Midlands DT and NE campuses may be required to float between DT/NE campuses due to census and/or staffing needs Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes National Certs REQ: BLS, NBSTSA Special Requirements: Have to be competent in cardiovascular cases.
