Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (Allied)Duration: 13 Weeks (09/22/2025 – 12/17/2025)Location: Watertown, NYShift:8-hour Days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMWeekend, call, and holiday coverage requiredJob Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing sterile instruments and supplies
• Maintain a sterile surgical environment ensuring equipment and instrumentation are properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning safely
• Perform technical scrub duties with precision and efficiency in all surgical situations
• Assist in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients under the direct supervision of an RN
• May be required to precept and train new staff
• Respond and arrive within 30 minutes of being called in for emergency or on-call situations
• Follow hospital and departmental standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with the operating room team to support a safe and effective surgical workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification – MUST BE CERTIFIED
• Travel experience required
• Orthopedic surgical experience required
• Scrubbing experience required
• DaVinci robotic surgical system experience required
• Completion of an accredited Certified Surgical Tech program preferred or current New York State LPN license eligible
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Must comply with 60-mile radius rule
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and call shifts
