Job Title: SPTLocation: Brighton, CODuration: 13 WeeksShift: 8 hrs / Evening.Job Description:

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assemble and deliver trays, case carts, and medical supplies to various hospital units.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment.
• Follow safety protocols (Universal Precautions) during decontamination.
• Track instruments and report missing or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate records using technology and software.
• Communicate inventory and order status with staff.
• Respond quickly to emergency and trauma case needs.
• Train new staff on department processes.
• Support SCL Health's mission and values.
• May work overtime, float to other departments, or be on-call as needed.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn department software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work nights/weekends.

• Experience in a hospital or clinic operating room.

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
