This includes the use of various cleaning agents and techniques. The technician must appropriately clean and disinfect equipment used in surgical environments. Knowledge of endoscope reprocessing, including bronchoscopy and colonoscopy, is essential. The technician must demonstrate expertise in sterilization methods and monitoring processes. Attention to detail in labeling and material selection is crucial. This position may involve weekend work and an on-call requirement. Flu vaccination is mandatory for all employees.
