Excellent assessment skills to make accurate prognosis of patient potential and guide the individual to achieve that potential. Proficient with MS Office and Epic\EMR software.Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement systemQualifications:Education:Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.Licensing/Certification:Current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Eligible for or holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology – RequiredBLS certificationExperience:1+ year of experience working as SLP.
