Weekend Hours: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period
Call Requirements: NONE (flexible on-call shifts twice in contract)
Years of Experience: 2
Float Requirements: floating to other units (IMC, ED) expected
Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience; can handle 6 patient ratio
Preferred Skillset/Experience: at least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus
Type of Patients on Unit: total joint patients; surgical patients; ACS; pts with acute on chronic medical conditions like CHF, CKD; alcohol withdrawal; SIRS; GIB
Personality Fit: compassionate, positive, can-do attitude
Required Education: ADN
Dress Code: Scrub Color: black (top and bottom); No open shoes
