We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Overview

We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the care of patients in need. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy services, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on respiratory health and disease management.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)
• Current NBRC certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ohio RRT license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic life support skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Certification in pediatric or neonatal respiratory therapy
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Other Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• May float to other CCF facilities as needed
• All work history, including Cleveland Clinic positions, must be included in your profile
