Key Responsibilities: - Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols and procedures. - Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, therapy procedures, and equipment use. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress. - Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities. Qualifications: - Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT). - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
