Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a travel job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

• Float Requirements: occasional travel to central/ Northern regions
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Licensure required for the State of Wisconsin, Valid Drivers License (with proof of car insurance)
• Must have NPI number (can apply upon offer)
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum Experience: Home Health experience
• Weekends: PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks (will be given a day off during the week on the weeks they work Saturday)
• Holidays: None
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: No Holidays
