HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse Correctional for a travel nursing job in Binghamton, New York.

One RN for night shift (11PM-7:30AM).

RNs will work holidays as scheduled and every other weekend.

Job description includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring safety of each patient on the unit, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions; Supervision of MHTA staff on the units; Attending meetings as assigned.; Noting of prescriber orders; Medication pass and health/medication teaching; Conducting nursing assessments; Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.; Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
