Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a juvenile justice setting at either Rockingham YDC in Reidsville, NC or Chatham YDC in Siler City, NC. This role requires RNs who are confident working independently, comfortable in secure settings, and skilled in caring for adolescent populations.You will be the sole nurse on-site for part of your shift, working alongside direct care staff. While support resources are available, autonomy and sound clinical judgment are essential.Required Experience:Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Adolescent or Pediatric Nursing
• School or Public Health Nursing
• Correctional or Juvenile Justice Nursing
• Emergency Nursing

Additional Requirements:

• Comfort and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ability to utilize telehealth equipment as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured, secure environment
