Required Education:

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Active New York State RN License with Primary Source Verification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required for Queens location only)

Acute Facilities:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience in a large acute care hospital.
• Most recent experience must be within the past year.

Post-Acute Facilities:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience in either a post-acute facility or acute care hospital.
• Most recent experience must be within the past year.
