Job Title: Corrections Registered Nurse - NightsJoin our team in Huntsville, TX, as a Corrections Registered Nurse for night shifts, providing vital healthcare in a correctional facility.Responsibilities:• Deliver quality nursing care in a correctional setting.• Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Float between units within a 10-30 minute radius, with drive time compensated.• Maintain professionalism and independence.Schedule:• Night shifts: 17:45 to 06:15.• 36 hours/week guaranteed, with potential overtime.• 4-week block scheduling, Saturday to Friday workweek.Qualifications:• Active Compact or Texas RN license.• BLS certification.• 2 years RN experience, 1 year in Acute Care or Med Surg.• Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, or Psych is a plus.Additional Info:• COVID•19 vaccination required; exemptions accepted.• Weekend orientation post-credentialing.• Continuous employment with extension potential.
