Compensation Package• $40 per hour• $60 per hour overtime• $1,246 per week per diem• $71.15 combined taxed and untaxed hourly rate• $2,846 gross weekly (based on 40 hours)

Contract Term• Start Date: November 1, 2025• Base Period: 6 months• Option Period: 6 months (Total: 12 months)

Work Schedule• 36–40 hours per week• 8–9 hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM• One-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities• Provide inpatient, outpatient, school, workplace, home, telehealth, and community nutrition services• Deliver medical nutrition therapy and education for chronic disease prevention and management (diabetes, obesity, etc.)• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop culturally appropriate care plans• Develop and distribute education materials for individuals and groups• Lead group teaching, staff training, and community awareness programs• Document nutrition care in medical records per IHS and Joint Commission standards• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, leadership, and Native American patients/families• Consult with professional and paraprofessional staff on dietary needs• Comply with IHS, OSHA, Joint Commission, and federal regulations
