Certification Details BLS Michigan State Physical Therapist License Job Details Position for Physical Therapist (PT) at MidMichigan Medical Center Alpena. Facility setting is Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR). Reason for opening: Vacant Position. Job Requirements Licensed in state of Michigan required. Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation preferred. Schedule Information Work schedule: Tuesday-Saturday preferred or Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation. Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with potential to work holidays. Unit Specific Information Position will not be required to float to other units; assigned to Inpatient Rehabilitation only. Additional Details Number of positions needed: 1. Duration of assignment: 13 weeks. Number of beds in facility: 11. EMR system: Epic. Scrub colors/dress code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs or Khaki pants and a polo shirt.
