Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - American Traveler Staffing Professionals : Job Details

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position with recent Oasis and HCHB experience required.Job Details• Home health field staff role covering up to a 60-mile radius from the office,• Patient population is primarily geriatric,• Treats an average of 5-7 patients per day,• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,• Uses HCHB for charting; experience required,• iPad provided for documentation,• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,• Position may involve floating within the client's policies and candidate's clinical experience,Job Requirements• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 1 year recent experience as a PT in a home health setting,• Oasis experience required,• Experience with HCHB charting required,• License required if applicable,• Able to be flexible with work territory,Additional Information• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes within the assigned territory,• First-time travelers are accepted for this role,• Locals are accepted and paid at the travel rate,• Scrubs in any color are required; jeans are not permitted,• No on-call responsibilities are included,• Team may use Kronos for time tracking,• Mileage is reimbursed for work-related travel,• Floating may occur in accordance with clinical experience and client policy
