Skills:

-Previous experience in an approved medical facility.-Previous physical therapy experience in a hospital based setting.

Education:

Required Education:-Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.-Master's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.

Preferred Education:-Master's Degree.OR-Doctorate Degree

Required Certifications & Licensure:-Possession of a current Physical Therapist License in the State of New York.-BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
