Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Includes a 30-minute break) Schedule: Rotating Day and Evening Shifts (between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM as needed)

Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,931.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $1,160.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,771.00 Per Week

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a long-term contract assignment to cover a continuous FTE leave of absence at NYP Hudson Valley Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient care and be proficient with EPIC documentation systems. This role involves evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy treatments to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disability following injury or disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EPIC.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of New York (NYS) – Required
• CPR Certification – Preferred
• Outpatient experience – Highly Preferred
• Experience using EPIC EMR – Highly Preferred
