Must be licensed in the state of Illinois.*- # of patients treated per day: 8-14 dependent on shift length.- General Certification Requirements: BLS/AED- Other Certs Required: Must be licensed in the state of Illinois.- Common diagnosis: Orthopedic, General Medical, Neuro- Patients are adolescent through geriatric.- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient, Acute Outpatient, Ambulatory Outpatient,Pediatrics.- What areas are they required to cover: All areas are separate. A therapist is only asked to cover the area they arehired into, unless the candidate is willing and able to cover in more than one area - as we could offer a splitposition, although not common.- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred, however, we have taken new grads if they have hadstrong clinical internship experience in the intended area. Additional certifications welcomed. ASTYMcertification a plus.- PT Manager/Supervisor: Jessica Currier, Director (PTs) and Jennifer Thompson, Clinical Operations Leader (PTAs).- Rehab Aides: PTA's: Yes, in both Inpatient and Outpatient.- Shifts & Scheduling: Variable: between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (We do not allow for self-scheduling orblock scheduling.) Variable 8/10/12 hour shifts.- Weekend Requirements: No- Holiday Requirements: No- Scrub Color: Outpatient: Business Casual. Inpatient: Scrubs in solid Navy Blue/Black/Gray combinations.- Department specific orientation: Yes, provided upon arrival, 1 full shift sometimes two.
