Position Overview: Harris Regional Hospital is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment within our rehabilitation department. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and patient-centered team in a scenic, community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery expectations, and assistive devices
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligible for temporary/travel licensure)
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience; prior travel contract experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in documentation software and EMR systems
