Job Description: Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team at the Albright LIFE Center in Lancaster, PA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, person-centered care environment focused on maintaining independence for older adults.

About the LIFE Program: LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) provides a holistic approach to senior care, supporting those aged 55 and older who meet the criteria for nursing home-level care but can live safely at home with adequate support. Services include transportation, therapy, medical care, and social engagement in a structured, uplifting setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized therapy services focused on patient function and quality of life
• Accurately document treatments and patient responses
• Build positive therapeutic relationships to improve engagement and motivation
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians in a LIFE Center setting
• Maintain professional communication and interaction with patients and staff
• Contribute to a team-oriented, compassionate work environment

Patient Population:

• Participants aged 55+
• Outpatient care within a LIFE Center
• Supportive, social model environment – alternative to home health or nursing homes
