Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Aberdeen, Washington.

• Evaluate drug orders and patient-specific parameters for optimal benefits/minimal risks
• Dispense medications while concurrently monitoring patient profiles
• Manage/prescribe via protocols when appropriate
• Participate in Code Blue and drug information services
• Collect study data, perform/document clinical interventions
• Communicate drug therapy information to healthcare providers
• Teach health care providers regarding drug therapy
• Ensure compliance with DNV standards and state/federal pharmacy laws
• Participate in Code Blue and other emergency response activities
• Prepare sterile products, IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, variances, and adverse reactions
• Teach and orient patients, families, and healthcare staff on medication-related topics
• Comply with DNV standards, state and federal pharmacy laws, and facility policies
• Contribute to quality assurance, process improvement, and medication usage evaluations
• Washington State Registered Pharmacist License (active, in good standing)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• (Preferred) Board Certification in a pharmacy specialty

2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
