Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/11/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel This is a Pharmacist position in Oncology department MACHINERY, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT : Pharmacy and hospital computer systems Alaris Smart Pump Pharmacy automated medication dispensing systems Vertical and horizontal laminar air flow hoods Ancillary IV room equipment and programs; infusion pumps, Dose Edge, Simplify797 Ancillary equipment necessary for performing day-to-day tasks (syringe, needle, graduate, calculator) Vocera Badge Fax machine 59721 5years extensive acute care clinical experience Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred.
