Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assess and validate chemotherapy and infusion orders Evaluate and intervene on inappropriate or high-risk therapies Prepare and supervise the preparation of sterile chemotherapy compounds Educate staff and assist in implementing new treatment regimens Develop and update medication management and policy protocols Manage specialty pharmacy medications and inventory Participate in professional development and clinical research Liaise with nursing and medical staff for regimen standardization Utilize DoseEdge, Simplify797, and Alaris Smart Pumps in workflow Sterile compounding skills EPIC EMR ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
