Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities: Prepare, sterilize, label, and dispense all medications accurately (including parenterals) Maintain inventory and compliance with all federal/state pharmacy regulations Perform monthly inspections and remove outdated/recalled medications Monitor and manage patient drug therapy, including interactions, dosing, and effectiveness Provide discharge counseling and medication education to patients and families Maintain and manage EPIC charting, billing, and charge capture Support antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation therapy, and pharmacokinetics Collaborate with physicians and care teams, participate in QA & Pharmacy Committee Requirements: Active State Pharmacist License (required) BLS Certification (if required by state) Minimum 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience Strong EPIC experience Proficiency in medication reconciliation and discharge planning Excellent communication skills for patient and interdisciplinary team interactions Preferred Skills: Antimicrobial stewardship knowledge Experience with pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation dosing Familiarity with Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards Leadership and mentoring experience for staff training About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
