STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRN

REQUIREMENTS

Summary of Responsibilities: Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• BSP degree
• RPH license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification

Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D

Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certification

Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations

Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required.

Shift Information: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm - 8 hr. shift with lunch. Will utilize Kronos to track time.Minimum Years of Experience: 1RPH license in the State of OhioCurrent BLS/Immunization delivery certificationT4H-580
