HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 15-week travel contract in Warwick, New York. The pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring safe, effective, and accurate medication preparation and distribution, while supporting optimal patient care.

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness

• Provide drug information and guidance to physicians, nurses, and patients

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes

• Active New York State Pharmacist license required

• 1+ year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of medication safety practices, drug interactions, and hospital formularies

• Previous travel or contract experience preferred

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)

• Length: 15 weeks
