Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Functioned as RN Clinical Educator within the Family Birthplace Unit, with primary focus on educating staff on C-section OR circulation protocols
• Provided hands-on training and ongoing competency evaluation for circulating nurses in the OR during Cesarean deliveries
• Supported the onboarding, orientation, and clinical development of labor & delivery staff transitioning to dual LDRP/OR roles
• Ensured compliance with evidence-based practices in surgical asepsis, fetal monitoring, and perinatal patient safety standards
• Acted as resource and mentor for RNs, techs, and perinatal team members, enhancing multidisciplinary team performance
• Participated in policy development, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
• Required to work every other weekend and holiday rotation

Required:Setting: Inpatient Maternity (L&D, OR Circulation Education Focus)EMR: Meditech Expanse (strongly preferred)ACLS, BLS, and NRP certificationsMust have access to own vehicle for assignment
