• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans based on functional goals

• Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and therapy team to promote successful outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation

Education & Certification Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution
• Active Montana OT license required
• BLS certification required
• At least one year of recent OT experience preferred
• SNF or geriatric care experience strongly encouraged
