Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Therapy/Rehabilitation - Occupational Therapist - OT - Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist will have a great deal of flexibility in applying individual professional judgment, discretion, and skill in patient management and program development. The Occupational Therapist will review physicians' referrals for Occupational Therapy services and utilize information obtained from patient's records relative to their medical history, social emotional disorders, and prognosis in order to select appropriate evaluation procedures for identifying patient's functional abilities/disabilities Requirements: Position Location: Occasionally may be requested to travel between the two offices. Experience: Two to three (2-3) years' experience in an acute care hospital, rehabilitation center and outpatient setting. Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited education institution. Current California Occupational Therapist License.
