First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Senior for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel This is for adult care. Patients range from 18 years old to 100 years old. This will be for the Manhattan borough. Patient cases can range anywhere from 5-8 cases a day. Nurses must have recent experience with at-home care (traveling to patient homes and providing care at their homes.)
