Communicates with physicians, nurse manager, and co-workers about changes in patients' clinical conditions. Reports results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or responses to treatment. Responsible for initiating the computerized Plan of Care and Standard of Care on admission. Carries out the established plan of care. Holiday coverage may be required.
