Title : RN Wound CareDay Shift : 5 x 8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00). Weekdays; holidays within contract.

Location : Boone, NC 28607Certs required: BLS; WOCN certification; BSNSkills required: Ability to assess and analyze wounds, considering factors like size, depth, color, and surrounding tissue health; Proficiency in selecting and applying appropriate wound dressings. Knowledge of various wound care techniques, including debridement and irrigation; Ability to educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies; Accurate and thorough documentation of wound assessments, treatments, and patient responses; Knowledge of pain management techniques related to wound care, including the use of analgesics; Expertise in caring for patients with ostomies, including assessment, appliance application, and patient education; Skills in managing patients with continence issues, including assessment and implementation of appropriate interventions.EMR - EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required)2 years experience required; travel experience preferred
