Aya 2988935Job Description:Provide specialized wound care nursing to patients, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of acute and chronic wounds. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, perform wound dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and educate patients/families on wound care management. Must be able to float between like units within 20 miles if needed. Strict adherence to facility protocols and infection prevention standards required.Ax
